Angela has been able to bring things out in me that were there but haven't come forward before. I am more centered and grounded and am much more comfortable in groups.  I am also willing to see the opportunities in my life, take action and follow through.

I was recently in a life situation where I could have made the same mistakes I'd made earlier. But I used the checklist you've shared with me and chose differently.
